About Excelsior Living Consulting
Our Experience
After two decades of providing transformative training and development within corporations as a retention strategy, it was time to take a far-reaching approach and provide transformative services to individuals and groups with a desire to change for the purpose of growth and living a more enriched and impactful life. ELC’s Transformation Strategist has experience in coaching, course design and development, change management, training, facilitating, and a passion in being a catalyst for others to achieve their goals.
Our Approach
Growth and development is both a choice and a journey. At Excelsior Living Consulting, we understand everyone is unique. Because of this, our Transformation Strategist designs transformation plans with our client's current and future needs in mind. Whether professional or personal development, we listen, create a plan, implement the plan, measure results, and update the plan if necessary. We take the "partnership approach" along the transformation journey.
