Our Experience
After two decades of providing transformative training and development within corporations as a retention strategy, it was time to take a far-reaching approach and provide transformative services to individuals and groups with a desire to change for the purpose of growth and living a more enriched and impactful life. ELC’s Transformation Life and Success Coach has experience in coaching, course design and development, change management, training, and a passion in being a catalyst for others to achieve their goals.
